Exciting Atlanta based campaign looking for a call
time manager to help build a statewide and national fundraising program.
The call time manager has an opportunity to be
responsible for growing a successful start-up statewide operation to the
national level. Candidate is committed to fundraising and call time and needs a
strong program built around him to assure the opportunity for the highest level
of success.
Required Qualifications to include:
· Previous finance/fundraising experience is a big plus but not required
· Must be highly organized and have the ability to multitask prioritizing and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced campaign environment
· A detail oriented team player
· NGP software experience
· Excellent time management skills
· Strong written, communication, research, & interpersonal skills - Attention to detail
· Access to reliable transportation
Responsibilities to include:
· Work with National Fundraising Consulting to implement finance plan
· Staff candidate during call time and manage the call time process
· Conduct donor research, donor solicitation, and donor follow up
o Recruit and manage volunteer and intern donor research
· Create opportunities for donor cultivation
· Report directly to the national fundraising consultant and the campaign manager on a daily basis with detailed information per direction
· Data management
· Assist with event prep, execution, and follow up
· Assist consultant and candidate with fundraising as needed
