"Toss Up" Congressional Campaign: Finance Opening

Our "Toss Up" Congressional campaign has an finance staff opening for the 2016 election. This is an important position on the campaign and the individual will serve as a critical component to ensure the campaign continues to have a successful fundraising operation. 

The responsibilities will include: working directly with the Finance Director and prospective event hosts to organize, manage and staff fundraising events for the candidate, conducting in-state and national donor research, writing and managing direct mail solicitations, building and managing the campaign's intern program and performing necessary compliance work. 

This position reports directly to the Finance Director. 

We are looking for a motivated and self-starting individual to join our team. This job will be the equivalent to a Deputy Finance Director/Finance Assistant position, based on applicants experience. 

Qualifications:

·        Campaign experience preferred

·        Ability to multi-task is a must

·        Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills

·        Strong organizational and management skills

Requirements:

·        Strong computer skills: Excel & NGP experience preferred 

·        Access to a reliable car and computer

·        Willing to relocate to district through November
