The New York Democratic Senate Campaign Committee is seeking experienced Field Directors and Field Organizers for top-tier races across the state. This is an extraordinary opportunity to work on a highly competitive state legislative race and establish a Democratic majority in the New York State Senate.

 

Responsibilities

Field Directors will be responsible for overseeing volunteer and paid field operations:

·      Build and manage volunteer field program

·      Supervise paid field program

·      Supervise all field staff, volunteers, and interns

·      Execute field goals in collaboration with DSCC

 

Field Organizers will be responsible for communicating with voters and recruiting volunteers:

·      Recruit and oversee volunteers

·      Organize phone banks and canvass events

·      Achieve field goals set by the campaign 

 

Qualifications

Candidates for both positions should possess the following characteristics:

·      Significant campaign experience on a state- or federal-level race.

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·      Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities

·      Willingness to work long hours and travel flexibility

 

Salary

Commensurate with experience
