Campaign Finance Director needed!

Democratic candidate in top-tier pick-up opportunity in the northeast is seeking a full-time Finance Director.

Job description:

The successful applicant will oversee a multi-million dollar finance operation including:

- Design and implement a fundraising plan for a competitive primary

- Manage finance staff and oversee the day-to-day operations of the operation

- Design and implement a candidate call-time program

- Oversee and organize fundraising events

- Lead outreach to institutional & individual donors

- Design and implement fundraising communications plan including fundraising emails, letters, re-solicits, thank you letters

- Track and manage fundraising progress and compliance

- Other fundraising and finance tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Collaborative and innovative approach to fundraising.

- Previous experience as a finance director or comparable experience

- Multiple cycles on campaigns, preferably on at least one statewide race.

The position starts immediately.

Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience.
