Highly competitive Southern California Red to Blue State Senate campaign seeks Campaign Manager.

Duties include:  

• Manage day-to-day campaign operations
• Create and implement a comprehensive campaign plan
• Oversee volunteer recruitment and management
• Assist with creating and implementing the field and finance plans
• Manage campaign schedule and staff candidate as needed
• Maintain consistent social media presence
• Manage local political relationships
• Manage the campaign’s budget and logistics in collaboration with senior staff and consultants

Qualifications:

• Campaign experience, preference given to candidates with 1-2 years field, fundraising and/or campaign management experience, or participation in a robust campaign staff training program
• Ability to multi-task and lead a group of staffers and volunteers
• Excellent communications, time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills a must
• Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
• Applicants should be prepared to work long hours. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
