Job Description
4DPAC is seeking a highly motivated individual who is looking to gain experience and to learn more about the world of campaign finance to serve as a financial assistant to the Chief Financial Officer. The Finance Assistant will support the CFO in organizing and recording financial details of the PAC, including maintaining financial records, processing donations, and assisting in the organization of fundraisers. The Finance Assistant will also work with PAC staff on donor recruitment and follow up, and other tasks as needed.
Specific tasks may include:
Organization of donor information in excel spreadsheets
Updating CFO on status of donations and financial trends
Drafting donor recruitment and follow up communication
