Competitive NY Congressional Race Looking for Finance Director

Competitive NY Congressional Race looking for a good humored, initiative taking, Finance Director to steer our finance program. Duties will include, but not be limited to, crafting and implementing fundraising plan, managing call time, directing donor research program, cultivating relationships and following up with donors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with Campaign Manager to craft and implement fundraising plan

- Conduct research on prospective donors

- Prep, staff, and complete follow-up procedures for

the candidates’ call time

- Maintain and supervise maintenance of donor records in NGP

- Solicit donations in-person, by phone, and in writing

Desired Skills:

- At least one paid cycle in political finance

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and NGP

- Experience in all aspects of campaign finance operations

- Willing to work long hours, evenings, and weekends

- Demonstrated ability to work well with other team members

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced campaign environment

- Ability to relocate

Will report directly to Campaign Manager. Supporter Housing available. Salary based on experience.
