Room. is a community of, and placement service for, Professionals who identify as African American/Black, Hispanic/Latinx, Native American, Asian American/ Pacific Islander, and/or Middle Eastern/Arab American.

Our client is looking to hire a Lobbyist with an interest/experience in Mental Health, Women & Families Health & Safety. 

Compensation: $70k-$85k

An increase to $100k available for those able to demonstrate experience bringing on new clients. Benefits include 75% medical and dental (with zero deductible), generous paid leave including mental health days, employer contribution to your retirement fund, professional development allowance, and potential for end-of-year bonuses.    

Location: Remote through 2021. Travel to Capitol Hill 2-3 times/week thereafter. 

Requirements:

1. Direct lobby experience 
2.  Alternative lobbying, policy, and coalition-building experience.
