Position: Field Director

Reports to: ADLCC Director

Salary: Commensurate with experience

 

Overview

The Arizona Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee (ADLCC) is seeking resumes for qualified candidates interested in serving as Field Director on a statewide legislative caucus campaign. This would be a campaign position running through Election Day 2016.

 

Responsibilities

The Legislative Caucus Field Director will be responsible for overseeing the 2016 field program.  Potential duties include:

·         Managing all aspects of field program;

·         Drafting and implementing district specific field plans;

·         Hiring, training and managing staff;

·         Maintaining relationships with all partner organizations;

·         Working with legislative candidates on field activities, as needed;

·         Any other campaign related tasks, as needed.

 

The Legislative Caucus Field Director should expect a demanding work schedule and be available long hours, seven days a week through Election Day.

 

Requirements

Qualified candidates must be highly organized, highly motivated and capable of working through a demanding work environment.

 

Additionally qualifications:

·         At least two campaign cycles of field experience;

·         At least one campaign cycle managing staff;

·         Experience managing some aspect of a GOTV operation;

·         Experience with VAN/VoteBuilder;

·         Extensive experience with Excel;

·         Knowledge of fundraising basics;

·         Be willing to relocate to a Phoenix, AZ.

 

Salary and Benefits

Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience and qualifications.
