A top-tier congressional race in Colorado’s Denver metro area is seeking resumes for qualified candidates interested in serving as a Finance Director for the 2018 cycle.

 

Must be willing to relocate to the Denver area ASAP and begin implementing an aggressive strategy for both primary and general election fundraising programs.

 

Finance Director responsibilities include:

·       Strategic planning for finance program

·       Oversee donor research

·       Assist with recruiting and directing volunteers and interns

·       Brief and staff the candidate for call time

·       Travel with the candidate to events as needed

·       Design, prepare, and execute fundraising events

·       Other duties as needed

Finance Director Qualifications:

·       Previous finance/fundraising experience required

·       Applicants must be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced campaign environment

·       Ability to work long hours including nights and weekends on a regular basis

·       Detail-oriented and a team player

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Ability to manage multiple projects at once

·       A reliable vehicle, laptop and cell phone
