We’re looking for an Accounting Coordinator to join our fierce, smart team challenging global corporations, and making sure our financial systems are in tip-top shape is vital to our success. The Accounting Coordinator will give careful attention to maintaining general ledger activities and month-end closing. Not to mention developing and running the administrative functions that support sleek and smooth functioning of financial systems. You’ll be the go-to accounting guru who helps make big change happen in the world. We are looking for candidates who love numbers and are hyper organized and attentive to the smallest details. We’d like someone with two years of direct financial/accounting or administrative experience.
We’re looking
for an IT and
Operations Organizer to join a team that’s not satisfied with the world as it is --
and has a vision for how it should be. Our IT and operations are the backbone of our
effectiveness. Key to our success is making sure our administrative and
technology systems work in smart and effective ways. Key to your success will
be making sure everyone on staff has the training and support they need to use
and implement those systems. So you’ll be expected to have your finger on the pulse
of technology and operations and always be looking out for new opportunities to
advance our mission. We
are seeking someone who loves
technology, can juggle multiple priorities, and enjoys working with people. We’d
like someone with two years of experience at a nonprofit, and a background in
IT, administration, or organizing. Database experience is a major plus.
We run hard-hitting campaigns and ambitious
fundraising drives to power this work -- and our communications are central to
our overall success in both areas. The SeniorCommunications Coordinator will
coordinate the communications unit to its highest capacity, so that we’re
creating the most powerful and effective communications possible. You’ll help
move people to action and shift the public climate on some of today’s most
pressing issues, including water privatization, climate change, our food
system, and tobacco industry’s abuses. Responsibilities include managing
projects and working with vendors. We are looking for candidates with
strong project management skills and at least three years of experience;
communications experience and strong writing skills are a big plus.
