Finance Director for NJ Progressive Campaign

[NJ Progressive Campaign]

Progressive Challenger in a primary fight needs a Finance Director. 

A well funded campaign in New Jersey needs a scrappy hard-working, never-say-quit Finance Director to handle fundraising. Candidate has major lists that need to be managed and turned from names to donations. NGP/VAN is empty but have data to upload. 

Responsibilities: 

-Coordinate and execute finance plan with Campaign Manager

-Account for all donations

-Work with Treasurer to keep an up-to-date record of contributions

-Manage Call Time

-Work with Campaign Scheduling to plan fundraisers

-Work Candidate Lists to produce call sheets

-Track pledges to turn them into donations 

-Oversee Thank You’s

-Work with Communications to create email solicitations

Minimum Requirements:

Have minimum of 2 cycles of campaign experience, with 1 year of Finance experience.

-Proficient NGP 8 skills

-Proficient with Google Docs

-Proficient ActBlue Skills

-Experience working with Google Drive or a similar shared team software

-Excellent time management/self-motivated

-Experience working in a fast-pace team environment

-Excellent communicator

-Experienced and comfortable working with a team

-Good sense of humor and ability to adapt to fast changing campaign schedule

-Must be willing to relocate to New Jersey

-Must be able to start by March 2nd, 2020
