New Blue is a powerhouse digital firm with clients that include large national progressive organizations such as House Majority PAC; party committees like the DLCC; Democratic state parties in battleground states like Colorado, Ohio, and Wisconsin, as well as Democratic candidates for U. S. Congress and Senate and key down ballot races.

Performs administrative duties for executive management. Responsibilities may include managing calendars; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data; training new staff; creating spreadsheets and presentations; as well as customer relations and screening calls. Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters required.
In addition, may serve as back-up on client work such as loading and sending emails, proofreading and editing copy.
Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Supply Management, Scheduling, Organization, Time Management, Presentation Skills, Equipment Maintenance, Travel Logistics, attention to detail, problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Microsoft Office 365 and /or Salesforce experience a valuable plus.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
