The Field Organizer will: 

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers and interns to achieve and exceed weekly goals

• Rigorously maintain and report all relevant data using VAN, and other data software

• Plan and execute weekly volunteer activities including phone banks and canvasses

• Manage a team of volunteers through regular trainings and coaching

• Achieve and exceed personal direct voter contact goals

• Attend events on behalf of the campaign

• Make detailed plans, and meticulously manage their time

• Anticipate and decisively react to unpredictable challenges

• Meet expectations with limited guidance and management

• Commit to meeting personal, team, and campaign-wide goals

• Build relationships with people from diverse backgrounds

Specific job requirements include: 

Professional 

• Proficiency with G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.) and Microsoft Office; required

• Proficiency with VAN; preferred

• Proficiency with NGP; preferred

Miscellaneous

• Availability and willingness to work long hours, including on the weekend

• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle

• Cell phone and laptop computer

• Willingness to relocate (temporary housing is available, if necessary)

This is a full-time position. Salary commensurate with experience.
