A Deputy Field Director is needed in a competitive
New York district to defeat a key Trump defender in the most competitive
red-to-blue seat in the northeast.

Responsibilities Include:
- In collaboration
with existing staff, help design and implement the 2020 GOTV program
- Support the
Field Director in cross departmental and external program planning,
relationship development and general collaboration
- Manage (coach) organizing
staff and hold staff accountable to ambitious daily GOTV goals
- Execute absentee
ballot and early vote campaigns that lead into the traditional GOTV period
- Create and implement
absentee, early voting, and GOTV reporting standards and procedures
- Help develop and
implement a comprehensive coalitions plan reaching targeted communities
- Develop and
execute a robust voter protection program
- Virtual GOTV event
management
- Perform other
duties as needed
Required Skills and Background:
- Kindness

- Exceptionally
well organized with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Disciplined
and solutions-oriented approach to all tasks
- Commitment
to electing Democrats
- The
ability and willingness to work six days a week and long hours to fight
for democratic values
- Two
cycles or more of organizing or staff management experience
- Must
have access to a cell phone and vehicle
Compensation is $3,750-4,000/month.
