My company has a job opening for a Research Associate! Job description is below:


Winning Connections, an award-winning, Democratic voter contact firm, seeks an experienced campaign professional to conduct electoral research for the 2019 and 2020 election cycles. This position begins immediately.

 

Winning Connections uses phone and digital services to persuade and mobilize voters. Over the past 20 years, Winning Connections has served clients from Senators Kyrsten Sinema, Jon Tester, and Maggie Hassan, to Planned Parenthood, Everytown for Gun Safety, and League of Conservation Voters. The Research Associate will research candidates and campaigns, write marketing and message emails, and assist in other areas. The Research Associate will play a critical role during our upcoming election efforts, and will help Democrats across the country win important races and advance progress policies.

 

Qualified candidates will have:

·         One to three years of campaign and political experience with a background in voter contact or political communication

·         Immense attention to detail

·         Strong project management and planning skills

·         Strong writing skills. Ability to quickly turn around memos and written research projects

·         Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a team

·         An understanding of the urgent nature and time demands of campaigns, and the ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects at a time

·         A sense of humor and love of dogs!
