Northeast Gubernatorial seeks Finance Director.

The Finance Director must have at least three cycles with finance/fundraising experience. Candidates also must have significant experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and NGP.  The ideal candidates will have experience in all aspects of campaign finance operations including call time, events, and all mail and online solicitation. Ideal candidates will also be able to help oversee larger goals of the finance program as well as the execution.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Write an aggressive fundraising plan. Establish quarterly, monthly, and weekly fundraising goals and an implementation plan.
• Lead the day-to-day fundraising operations for the campaign.
• Oversee all fundraising events throughout the state.  
• Manage candidate call time and other activities to hit fundraising targets and deadlines.
• Manage all financial correspondence and pledges.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders including finance committee, policy makers, industry executives, leading experts, and constituents.
• Build and maintain existing donor database by identifying and recruiting new donors.
• Oversee compliance and prepare disclosure reports in cooperation with the state’s compliance department.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS
• Experience with a design program such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
• Supporting other campaign operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates must be highly organized, highly motivated, and capable of working in a demanding work environment.
• NGP and Excel experience is required.
• Occasional travel is required for this position.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once.
• Ideal candidates will be culturally competent.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in all aspects of campaign finance operations including call time, events, mail, online, phone, finance committee, and compliance.
  

Supervisory Relationship

• Under the direct supervision of the Campaign Manager.
