TOP-TIER STATEWIDE CAMPAIGN SEEKING FIELD STAFF

The Illinois Democratic Coordinated Campaign is seeking qualified field staff to play crucial roles in helping to elect Democrats up and down the ticket.

Responsibilities include:

• Nightly voter and volunteer calls
  
• Daily and Weekly canvass launches
  
• Recruitment and management of local volunteer leaders
  
• Directing a local campaign office or region

Other activities will include reaching out to community leaders, staffing events and candidate appearances, and providing feedback to improve the program.

Requirements:

• Ability to manage multiple asks simultaneously
  
• Being team-oriented
  
• Being willing to work full-time campaign hours

Reports to: Regional Field Director

Previous campaign experience is preferred, but not required.

With four months before Election Day, this is a great opportunity to gain real campaign experience and make a difference in one of the most important states in the country.
