The Sierra Club is hiring a National Electoral Organizing Manager for its 2020 political program. The Electoral Organizing Manager will help design, implement, and accelerate Sierra Club’s political organizing program. The Manager will help activate Sierra Club’s 3.8 million members and supporters, while also working to expand the
organization’s reach and volunteer base. The person in this role will directly manage volunteer leaders across the country and eventually a team of organizers as the program scales. This role reports directly to the Battleground States Director is housed in the Sierra Club’s Political Department and will work through the November 2020 general elections.
