Progressive, competitive candidate seeks Campaign Manager for primary race for House of Delegates in Maryland. This position is available immediately.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing candidate to meet aggressive fundraising goals, including finding prospective donors, managing call time, writing and editing fundraising communications, and managing compliance

• Updating and executing a campaign plan that will lead to victory on election day including budget, organizing, communications and earned media, digital, and mail

• Managing a strong volunteer team and “kitchen cabinet” to execute on all aspects of the campaign plan

• Managing the candidate’s most valuable resource, time, in a way that maximizes their focus on activities that lead directly to additional votes

• Other duties as assigned

Who You Are

• You have at least one cycle of campaign experience, preferably in field or finance

• You have a proven track record of success in metric-driven campaigns

• You’re exceedingly organized

• You’re a strong communicator and can deliver compelling messages to volunteers and important grassroots leaders

• You thrive in fast-paced environments, are adaptable, and can do it all with a sense of humor

• Women especially encouraged to apply.
