National Call Center Director

Telefund, Inc. is seeking a National Call Center Director to help progressive organizations and candidates turn the tide of history.  The National Call Center Director is bottom-line responsible for our telephone outreach nationwide, ensuring that call centers are meeting and exceeding fundraising goals, performing at full potential, and operating with maximum efficiency. This Director is part of the Senior Management team of Telefund.

Responsibilities:

·         Meet and Surpass Fundraising Goals for Clients

·         Maximize Performance and Efficiency of Call Centers

·         Expand Capacity (within existing call centers, as well as opening new offices)

·         Recruit, Train and Supervise Call Center Directing Staff

·         Analyze Metrics, Identify Growth Potential and Report Vigorously

·         Motivate and Mentor Fellow Staff Members

Qualifications:

Strong management and communication skills are required, given the geographical diffusion of call centers and senior staff.  This position also requires a strong work ethic, a desire for political change, and ability to work within a team. Prior supervisory experience required. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience working in some combination of campaign management or team management, fundraising and marketing. An understanding and involvement with call center predictive dialing technology is preferred but not required.

Location: The position is available immediately, located in Boston, MA, or Denver, CO.
