Congressional campaign in Georgia is seeking a Finance Assistant who will be a key member of the finance team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: event building and execution, donor research, call time preparation, compiling briefing and event materials, and administrative support for the finance team.
Prior fundraising experience is preferred, but not required, and the ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills. The campaign has a mission-driven and fast-paced culture and the finance team is dedicated to explore and expand all fundraising growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Assist the Finance Director in the day-to-day operations of the finance team
Providing key administrative and organizational support for the finance team, particularly in regards to event building and logistics
Prepare donor meeting and event materials
Assist in the research and preparation for call time
Other duties as needed
Experience & Qualifications
Detail-oriented
Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience with NGP or VAN databases not necessary
