A highly targeted Mid Atlantic Congressional campaign is looking to add a field organizer. The organizer is responsible for implementing the campaign's field plan in their district.

Responsibilities

Recruiting, training and managing volunteers and interns

Meeting weekly voter contact goals

Maintaining relationships with community leaders and local activists

Requirements

Enthusiastic attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Willingness to work long, irregular hours

Campaign experience preferred, but not required
