Sierra Club is seeking an associate attorney to join its national legal team as a litigator for its Environmental Law Program, working to enforce and implement climate laws and regulations, incorporating equity and social justice principles. Under the supervision of a managing attorney, the associate attorney will help carry out Sierra Club's clean transportation and climate goals by representing the organization in federal and state courts and administrative proceedings. The associate will also help design and implement legal strategies, as well as coordinate with campaign staff, coalition partners, and outside counsel.
