Competitive MA State Senate Race Seeks Field Director

A Massachusetts State Senate campaign in the Boston area is seeking a full time Field Director to assist with the execution of its field plan in what is slated to be a high profile race.

 

The ideal candidate is someone who is high energy, well organized, has great communication and people skills, and a passion for organizing. 

 

Responsibilities:

Volunteer management and recruitment

Organizing and executing campaign field events including visibility, canvasses, and phone banks

Management of field interns

Other duties as assigned by the Campaign Manager

 

Qualifications:

One campaign cycle of organizing experience, paid or unpaid, is strongly preferred

Previous political knowledge of Massachusetts is also preferred

Terms of employment: 

April- September
