Battleground candidate seeks a highly organized individual to manage the day-to-day operations of a campaign.  We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual to take on this race.

Responsibilities:

· Managing the day-to-day operations of a targeted race
· Implementing the campaign field plan
· Working with the candidate to meet field and finance goals
· Reporting goals to campaign stakeholders
· Recruiting, training and managing volunteers
· Communications and media

Qualifications

· Applicants must be self-motivated and willing to work long, irregular hours
· Previous campaign experience, especially in field and volunteer management
· Strong fundraising background and skills and ability to meet fundraising expectations
· Proficient computing skills (Including a knowledge of NGP/VAN databases)
· A willingness to re-locate to the county (if necessary)
