Congressional Campaign Manager, Mid-Atlantic Region

Congressional campaign in Mid-Atlantic seeks experienced campaign manager for highly competitive 2016 primary election. 

Responsibilities: 

• Hire an experienced staff to support the campaign plan and overall strategy 
• Design and execute individualized voter contact programs
• Build coalitions in support of candidate’s objectives, including stakeholders, elected officials, opinion leaders, and the media
• Utilize cutting edge voter contact programs including voter file management, micro-targeting, voter ID programs, phone programs, and integrated social media
• Manage consultant team 

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous campaign management required, congressional-level race preferred 
• A background in fundraising or finance strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to interact with diverse populations and leaders.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to work long hours and meet tight deadlines.
• A good sense of humor
