NC Leg Race Seeks Part-Time Organizers

A progressive NC campaign seeks part-time field organizers for a competitive legislative primary. The race is in open district without an incumbent, in an area where Hillary Clinton won in 2016. The candidates must be located in or around Raleigh-Durham, NC.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage in volunteer recruitment and voter contact

• Capable of successful training and managing volunteers

• Maintain campaign data and update our campaign databases

• Provide the campaign manager with quantitative and qualitative reports.

• Meet or exceed goals in pursuit of larger programmatic objectives

QUALIFICATIONS

• Campaign or political experience is not required but, prefered.

• A track record of consistently meeting deadlines

• Uses time effectively and able to managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• The ability to be an excellent team player and collaborator

• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills

• Enthusiasm for the progressive cause

• Access to a laptop and vehicle
