Job Description – Call Time Manager

A competitive Indiana congressional race (right in the heart of Mike Pence country) is seeking a Call Time Manager. This red-to-blue district will be one of the top races in the country and our team is looking for a Call Time Manager who can oversee a data-driven Call Time operation.  Call Time Manager will report to the Finance Director. Salary commensurate with experience. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Staffing the candidate in call time

• Conduct daily update of call time data in the NGP database  

• Profile donors and prepare for candidate call time

• Execute appropriate call time follow-up to donors and event hosts

• Draft briefings for candidate meetings 

Skills and experience: 

• 1-3 years experience in an office, campaign or other environment requiring administrative skills preferred. 

• Strong professional skills, including the ability to demonstrate professional judgment 

• Strong time management and organization skills, including the ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing tasks

• Poise and the ability to manage up

• The ability to work quickly and perform analytically in a fast paced environment

• Strong attention to detail 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, NGP, and ActBlue 

• A passion for electing new progressive leaders.
