Northern Virginia House of Delegates Campaign Field/Political Director

An open seat, top-tier House of Delegates campaign in Northern Virginia is hiring a full-time Field/Political Director to lead an aggressive field operation.  Individual will be responsible for leading voter contact efforts and targeting in the House district, as well as working directly with the Democratic Coordinated Campaign to surpass goals.  Individual will also lead political outreach to different constituencies in the district in consultation with the campaign manager.  

One cycle of campaign and Votebuilder experience preferred.  The ideal candidate should be outgoing, have strong interpersonal skills, and be willing to work long hours.  Candidate must have transportation, laptop, and cell phone, as well as a valid driver's license.  This is a great opportunity to get campaign experience in the two most important swing counties in Virginia prior to 2016.
