Regional Operations Director Needed in FL

Description & Details:

Revolution Field Strategies is seeking multiple highly motivated candidates for the role of Regional Operations Director for a campaign in Florida.  Regional Operations Managers will help manage the day to day operations of a paid field program. Positions are open immediately, with contracts running until the end of the election cycle.   

 

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily and long-term operations of the campaign.

Collect, inspect, and report hiring documents for verification

Review canvasser hours and payroll reports for accuracy

Maintain and place office supply orders

Maximizing campaign efficiency through organization of operational needs for all offices in their region

Other duties as assigned.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong management, communication, and organizational skills

Proven ability to motivate and work alongside a diverse group of staff

Ability to work a demanding schedule and be available long hours, seven days a week through the length of the program

Familiarity with computers and basic technology

Experience in GSuite preferred 

 

Training:

Operations Directors will receive extensive training and support from senior leadership.

 

Salary/Benefits:

Salary will begin between $4,000-$4,500 a month and is variable depending on experience
