As Texas Democratic Party nominee for Texas 36th United States Congressional District, Dayna Steele is

working to develop the biggest team of grassroots volunteers in southeast Texas to organize and win this

election on November 6th. We are committed to mobilizing support in order to prioritize investments in

healthcare, education, and jobs so that we can build a brighter future for all Texans.

To accomplish this, we are hiring hard-working, self-starting, goal oriented individuals with excellent

outreach skills to join our rockstar campaign team as Deputy Field Organizers. Each Deputy Field Organizer will work on

the ground in the district together with activists to engage in direct voter contact and turn out supporters to win in November.

Deputy Field Organizers will be responsible for growing the campaign’s network of supporters and volunteers through

various tactics including phone-banking and door-knocking efforts while utilizing state-of-the-art

organizing technology. This is a fulfilling and demanding job and we are looking for passionate, dedicated,

skilled, and energetic organizers who care about working hard in order to make a positive impact.

We value folks who have experience with grassroots campaigns, campus groups or student government,

professional or academic achievement, and who possess outstanding verbal, written, listening, and

leadership skills. A good sense of humor and an enthusiastic sense of purpose are highly regarded.

Qualified applicants for Deputy Field Organizer with the Dayna Steele Campaign must have:
