Red to Blue Congressional seat is looking for a campaign Finance Director

We are seeking a qualified Finance Director to join a campaign in North Carolina.

Finance Director's responsibilities will include

• Coordinate and execute finance plan with Campaign Manager
• Account for all contribution income
• Work with Compliance Officer and Treasurer to keep an up-to-date record of contributions
• Provide Call-lists and contribution opportunities for the candidate
• Work with Campaign Scheduling to plan fundraisers
• Lead a team of interns and volunteers

Minimum Requirements for Finance Director

• Competent-Proficient VAN skills
• Proficient NGP 7 skills
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite Skills
• Proficient ActBlue Skills
• Experience working with Google Drive or a similar shared team software
• Excellent time management/self-motivated
• Experience working in a fast-pace team environment
• Experience with managing paid staff/interns/volunteers
• Excellent communicator
• Experienced and comfortable working with a team
• Well versed in political issues
• Able to adapt to fast changing campaign schedule
• Must be willing to relocate

The Finance Director position is salaried, and compensation is commensurate with experience.
