Position: Digital Director The Democratic Governors Association (DGA) is seeking a Digital Director for the 2026 election cycle. This senior-level role is responsible for managing the DGA’s grassroots fundraising program and overseeing the creation of all digital content supporting Democratic Governors and gubernatorial campaigns. The Digital Director will lead a department focused on digital fundraising, communications, and creative content, managing a multimillion-dollar budget and collaborating closely with senior staff. Key responsibilities include developing digital strategy, managing digital communications channels (such as Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube), and executing high-quality content with a creative team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in digital strategy and fundraising for political campaigns, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to Democratic values. The position is based in downtown Washington, DC, with an expectation of working onsite three to four days per week. The salary range is $180,000–$210,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits including 100% employer-paid healthcare, 401(k) matching, and more.
