Democratic organization seeking experienced fundraiser for downstate/southern Illinois and Chicago. Two separate positions. 

Job description:

-plan, coordinate, and staff fundraising events for state senators

-donor research and analysis; cultivating donors

-create call lists and staff call time

-database upkeep and compliance. This includes processing contributions and making deposits. You will be responsible for handling the A1 and Quarterly filings for each client.

-This job requires travel. A car is preferred. 

Experience:

-at least 2 years of fundraising experience

-proficient in Microsoft office (excel) and googledocs

-experience with IDIS or NGP Software is preferred

-If applying for downstate position, MUST live or move to Southern/Central Illinois. Absolutely no exceptions.
