Part-Time Field Director needed for NOVA Competitive Campaign

Responsibilities include: 

• Manage a robust grassroots field program, including overseeing day-to-day field operations such as canvasses, phone banks and community events

• Manage a team of field organizers
  

• Recruit and train volunteers 

• Staff the candidate and other tasks as needed

Requirements:

1-2 campaign cycles

Experience with VAN  

Staff, intern or volunteer management experience 

Local to Arlington County or ability to relocate
