An Arizona Congressional campaign in the Phoenix metro area is looking to staff up.  This is a challenger race in a competitive district.  Candidates must be in Arizona or willing to relocate in accordance with public health guidance.

Call Time Manager
Salary: $3500/mo

Ideal candidates will possess the following attributes:
  • Campaign experience preferred but not required

  • The willingness to go above and beyond to deliver tangible results
  • Strong attention to detail, enjoys "dotting i's and crossing t's" 
  • Motivation to learn and grow in the political/campaign field 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and executing a call time plan for each quarter
  • Completing donor research and determining a strategy for solicitation
  • Regular reporting and communication with the Finance Director and Campaign Manager
  • Tracking and analyzing data to assess the performance of different lists and increasing the effectiveness of targeting prospects 
  • Managing the thank you process
  • Ensuring proper upkeep of the data within NGP
  • Assisting in the execution of a grassroots fundraising mailers
  • Completing grassroots calls as assigned 
  • Utilize a dialer system to ensure a highly efficient call time program
  • Hiring and managing a large intern team
Finance Director
Salary: $5000/mo

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Develop and execute a multi-faceted finance plan with programs aimed at multiple categories of donors (including PACs, high–and low-dollar individuals, other institutional givers, and online contributors) with program’s targeted at specific constituencies of donors. 
  • Plan, schedule, and manage small-and large-scale fundraising events ranging from small social gatherings to large events with 50+ attendees. 
  • Manage candidate call time and all follow-up donor correspondence and pledges, and oversee thank you program.  
  • Build on existing donor database by identifying, researching, and recruiting new donors. 
  • Assist candidate in building strong relationships with major donors statewide and nationally.  
  • Track progress of program and produce regular reports for the campaign manager.
  • Work with compliance vendors to ensure accuracy on finance reports. 
  • Improve and maintain accurate records in finance database. 
  • Recruit, train, and supervise support staff and interns to assist with call time, event planning and execution, data entry, donor research, and other finance-related tasks.
  • Oversee the implementation of direct mail and digital fundraising with relevant vendors/consultants.
  • Staff candidate at finance-related events. 
  • Work extended hours, including nights and weekends as needed.  

Qualifications: 

  • Strong commitment to electing Democrats. 
  • At least 2 cycles of political fundraising experience  
  • Exemplary time management, planning, and organizational skills.  
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and staff.
  • Experience with NGP.
