Title: Fundraising
Coordinator
Duties:
- 1)
Manage
fundraising staff by overseeing staff hours, assigning staff for fundraising
events, and delegating tasks
- 2)
Oversee and work
on event timelines – creating invitation, booking venues, working with donors
to meet fundraising goals for clients
- 3)
Interface with
clients via phone, in person, email, etc.
- 4)
Manage call time
preparations and sit with client for call time staffing
- 5)
Track pledges and
money raised for individual events and overall fundraising (in templates) for boss
and clients
- 6)
Oversee event
material prep and staff most fundraising events with operations assistant or
office manager
- 7)
Write and edit
fundraising solicitations and correspondence (for digital fundraising campaign
and letters)
- 8)
Oversee thank you
letter completion and data entry for every client
- 9)
Monitor ALL
clients’ attention level by tracking communications, complaints, and individual
fundraising efforts (mailers, e-blasts, events, etc.)
Must be proficient in NGP
(both old and new), Excel, Powerpoint, & Word
Preferred proficiency in
Quickbooks & Graphic Design.
Fundraising experience during
at least one campaign cycle is preferred.
*Initiative is essential due
to minimal oversight.
