Democratic Federal PAC seeks Finance Director (Chicago)

Description: A new Democratic Federal PAC in Chicago is seeking a Finance Director to develop and execute a finance plan through the 2016 cycle. 

Specific Duties:

• Design and implement a comprehensive donor engagement program
• Act as the call time principal and build relationships with new donors through an aggressive call time program
• Supervise all online fundraising and email programs
• Supervise all direct mail programs
• Oversee donor prospecting and research
• Develop a budget and provide up to date budget projections

Desired Skills and Experience:

• At least once cycle as a Finance Director or two cycles as a Finance Assistant / Deputy Finance Director OR equivalent development experience
• Experience managing a budget and providing budget projections
• Experience managing political call time, experience being call time principal preferred
• Significant experience with NGP, Excel and Blue State Digital
• Excellent interpersonal skills
