Regional Field Directors Needed for Maryland Congressional Race

The candidate must be located in or willing to relocate to the district for the duration of the campaign. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 cycles of campaign experience, is a self-starter, and enthusiastic about growing professionally in political campaigns. 

 

Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and deploy teams of volunteers in several counties at once. Will be responsible for collecting reports and maintaining consistent communications with their volunteer teams. 

Ensure successful training and management of all volunteers 

Ensure volunteers maintain accurate and reliable data

Meet personal voter contact goals in pursuit of larger objectives. 

 

Qualifications: 

Willingness to work nights and weekends

Willingness to go above and beyond

Keen interest in Democratic politics and willingness to learn and grow 

Strong oral and written communication skills

Meticulous attention to detail 

Familiarity with Google Docs and Microsoft Office tools 

Strong public presence and confident interpersonal style 

Access to a laptop and car 

Familiarity with VAN
