Help elect a Democratic Senate!
The DSCC is seeking a Digital Community Manager for the 2020 campaign cycle. As part of the digital campaign services team, this person would build and maintain relationships in digital communities. They will work across departments to activate grassroots activists, allied groups, national and in-state influencers and surrogates to achieve communications, field and fundraising goals. A successful candidate will have demonstrated success building communities online and/or other relevant digital or communications experience.
Reports to: Digital Campaign Services Director
Duties include (but are not limited to):
Mobilize volunteers to achieve communications, fundraising and field goals via digital platforms and tools
Build and sustain a large scale influencer program that fosters strong partnerships and amplifies core DSCC and campaign messaging
Includes but is not limited to grassroots activists, allied groups, and national influencers
Work across departments to ensure volunteers are assigned activities appropriately and effectively
Coordinate directly with campaign staff in-state as needed

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in digital or communications, preferably on political campaigns and/or in Congress
Fluency in communicating on digital platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
Experience using digital platforms to motivate and activate target audiences
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly and easily
