The Call Time Manager will report to Campaign Manager and/or Finance Director. He or she will work directly with the Candidate and play an important in supporting the fundraising operation of the campaign.


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Oversee all aspects of call time.

  • Organize donor research and make sure all calls are properly prepared

  • Complete call time follow up and outstanding pledge chasing

  • Assist Finance team with organizing fundraisers when available

  • Travel with the candidate in-state when necessary to ensure maximizing call time

  • Research prospective donors

  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements/ Qualifications

  • Previous campaign fundraising experience useful, but not necessary

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel (NGP a plus)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in a fast-paced campaign atmosphere

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

  • Ability to manage several tasks/projects at the same time
