Rank the Vote is seeking a dynamic National Organizer to work on the front lines of a transformative campaign to upgrade America’s voting system to ranked choice voting (RCV).

Rank the Vote is a non-partisan, 501c3 grassroots organization founded by veteran activists who built the largest statewide movement for RCV in the nation. We are now exporting our successful organizing model coast to coast. The goal is to help local activists in every state build sustainable volunteer organizations that execute a program of massive capacity growth that will advance RCV in the public arena at a historically unprecedented scale.
About the Role
The National Organizer will be responsible for managing a portfolio of state organizations. Working hand-in-hand with grassroots leaders, the National Organizer will ensure strong volunteer leadership on the ground; high-performance execution of each states’ monthly signups, fundraising, and endorsements goals; and healthy management, communications, and organizing practices from top to bottom.
