Top San Francisco Bay Area Campaign Seeking Regional Field Directrors

A top targeted state legislative race in the San Francisco Bay Area is looking to hire Regional Field Directors.

The Regional Field Director will be responsible for executing the field plan, managing Field Organizers, building relationships in their respective region, and recruiting, training, and managing volunteers and interns. Regional Field Directors will work directly with the Field Director and Campaign Manager, and should be self-starters and energetic.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 cycle of Field experience

· Have a passion for organizing and voter engagement

· Possess excellent personal, verbal and written communication skills

· Be able to successfully coach and manage volunteers

· Be able to work in a high-pressure setting and willing to work long hours, including nights and weekends

· Have experience meeting goals and the ability to manage many tasks simultaneously

· Be willing to travel within assigned turf and possess a driver's license and vehicle

· Be competent with Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets

· Own a laptop computer

 

Pay is commensurate with experience. Position to start immediately.
