Charlotte, NC Mayoral Campaign Seeks Paid Canvassers

Jennifer Roberts for Mayor is looking to hire paid canvassers to help with a dynamic grassroots field operation. We are looking for ambitious, outgoing, self-starters willing to go the extra mile to achieve their goals. Canvassers will earn $10/hour.

Job Requirements

Successful candidates will:

·       Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to successfully relate to voters and volunteers from a wide range of backgrounds;

·       Must be able to work independently and in team settings;

·       Must be able to work long and irregular hours as needed;

·       Be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time

·       Be 18 years of age or older

·       Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the desire to succeed

·       Must have reliable transportation to get to/from our office on work days

·       Previous political experience, knowledge of votebuilder/VAN, and access to a smartphone are a plus but not required.
