Finance Director - Progressive Statewide Campaign

Statewide Finance Director:

Progressive Democratic statewide candidate in Rhode Island seeks a Finance Director for the 2018 Democratic primary and election. The Finance Director will work with the candidate, staff, and campaign team to draft and implement our fundraising plan.

 

Responsibilities include:

*Manage all aspects of the fundraising operation, including call time

*Develop, manage, and staff fundraising events

*Research potential donors and manage donor relationships

*Work with digital consultants to manage online and grassroots fundraising

*Work with NGP and manage donor database

*Set daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly fundraising goals

*Work with the campaign manager and campaign team to monitor cashflow and the monthly campaign budget

 

Qualifications:

*At least 2 cycles of political fundraising experience, though other fundraising experience will be considered

*Experience with Microsoft Excel and NGP

*Rhode Island or New England experience preferred, but not required
