As a Political Director at Crowdpac you’ll be on the front line of a movement to empower new and emerging leaders with the technology and tools they need to bring change to their communities. Crowdpac has helped thousands of candidates and organizations begin the process of creating political change whether in their local Town Hall or in the halls of Congress by using our crowdfunding campaigns to help them raise their first dollars.
We’re seeking a Political Director to join our Campaigns team who has their finger on the pulse of change making communities across the country. You’ll be responsible for establishing relationships and networks in specific communities and identifying seizing every potential opportunity to empower a potential emerging leader or organization with a Crowdpac campaign.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in sales, business development, organizing or fundraising.
Deep political networks that you are willing to leverage.
Demonstrated success building networks, hitting goals, making a change, and/or closing deals.
Proficiency with sales pipeline or donor management software.
Fluency with modern digital fundraising tools, tactics, and techniques.
A willingness to travel.
The ability to thrive in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
Campaign and/or advocacy experience strongly preferred.
