Hi all,

I'm working with Color of Change to hire for several roles - and we've just extended our application deadline for the digital data director role to Friday 10/4.

The Digital Data Director ($105,000) will be centered on digital campaign data management via COC’s advocacy work -- with email program fundraising and growth of primary importance -- while helping build COC’s organizing effectiveness by bolstering its data-driven culture.

Color Of Change is the nation’s largest online racial justice organization, and these roles will fit into a deeply-skilled and innovative campaigns team at the forefront of Black liberation and empowerment within a rapidly growing, digitally-driven organization with a budget of $21 million.

This position will be based in one of four Color Of Change offices (Washington DC, Los Angeles, New York City, or Oakland). People of color, women, LGBTQ+ people, people of any religion or nationality and people with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.
