Who you are:

• A proven leader and manager, capable of developing and cultivating staff
• A stellar writer, pitcher, and media strategist, with a long track record of placing A+ stories and op-eds in the Boston media market
• A client service pro, with a deep ability to internalize goals, and develop and drive plans to reach them
• Able to see the whole field—across projects and departments — to effectively cut through clutter and prioritize what matters
• Creative, hyper-organized, collaborative, and you thrive in fast-paced, campaign like environments
• You have 10+ years of communications and PR strategy experience in labor, advocacy, organizing, politics, or media, and you’re eager to make a difference for the public good. Agency experience a big plus.
