360 Campaign Consulting is seeking a recruiter to work with one of our most valuable clients for two to three months. Based out of New York City, your primary responsibility will be to assist a prominent clean energy company as they recruit and build their employee base. You will conduct campus visits where you will facilitate information tables and conduct campus interviews with interested applicants. You will work in conjunction with one or more 360 Campaign Consulting recruiters and will travel extensively in and around the greater New York metropolitan area.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Staff Recruitment
- Facilitate on-campus recruiting to grow the client’s team
- Generate interest in the position by setting up recruitment information tables, making announcements in classes and student group meetings
- Coordinate and conduct job information sessions and job interviews
- Recommend best candidates for hire to the client
- Serve as the main contact for all applicants throughout the application process
Other Projects
- Liaise with campus leadership organizations, faculty, and other members of the campus community, as appropriate
- Assist on special projects as needed
- Travel up to five days a week, in and around the greater New York metropolitan area, and a few trips to up-state New York
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Leadership experience or recruitment experience strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communications skills; excellent time management skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; SalesForce knowledge is a plus
Salary and Benefits
